Non-presentation
In the event of non-attendance, the entire stay is invoiced.
Guarantee
Individual reservations are only considered firm if they are accompanied by a valid credit card number, expiry date and cryptogram; or with a full prepayment of the stay before the customer’s arrival.
Cancellation and modification
Flexible rate : A prepayment of 30% of the total amount of the stay will be requested at the time of booking. Any cancellation or modification can be made free of charge up to 31 days before the day of arrival. If cancelled within 30 days before arrival, 30% of the total amount of the stay will be charged. In case of no-show, 100% of the total amount of the stay will be charged.
Non-cancellable, non-refundable rate : As soon as the reservation is made, 100% of the reservation is invoiced and non-refundable.
